Great propoerty for a short stay in Lugano.

Liked:Property was very centrally located. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception, as the flat we booked was not yet ready and our suitcases got carried over to the flat for us later. The reception desk was great and offered us free use of umbrellas, as it was raining heavily at the time. Thjey also offer coffee, soft drinks and beer and oper n at 07:30, which is very convenient for getting coffee in the mornings.

Disliked:It would have been nice to have an espresso machine in the apartment. Also, as we had the attic apartment, the ceiling was quite low on one side of the beadroom, causing a few headbangs.
