Not again.. Hopeless service..

Liked:Location is pretty good.. The hotel rooms are clean.. Parking was comfortable. Decor is minimistic modern

Disliked:The check in was delayed and the receptionist acted like we didn't exist.. After 9 hours of drive, we were tired and they didn't even offer us a welcome drink or ask us to sit down or even apologize for the delay.. We were standing in queue for nearly ten minutes before we were checked in.. As senior citizens, we felt the hotel was indifferent.. Then the keys didn't work and we had to come back to the reception.. We ordered beverages at 10 pm and then we repeatedly followed up and finally canceled the order as it was more than an hour.. Still they brought it at midnight waking us up.. We informed we have canceled the order. The next evening we asked for water bottles... And we had to follow up several times to get it.. Service and attitude of the staff is pathetic..

Disliked:I had to pay an extra charge for the 3rd person in the room when i had booked with Booking.com for 3 people at a specific price all inclusive for half board with airport pick up and drop. i was even told that air drop would cost extra but when i showed the booking.com confirmation then they reverted back and said OK. Unessesary discussions and extra charges for an extra bed which was not justififed ! The buffet was luke warm and basically destroyed the taste and culinary characteristics of that particular reciepe. The live food counter was very good and also the Staff at the dining area.
