Disliked:AC do not have a working thermostat. When switched on, room is freezing in spite of setting temperature at 27. Complained this three times to reception, no one bothered to come and check.

Liked:Overall, the stay was fairly comfortable. The service provided by the staff was good and they were helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was also reasonably priced and offered good value.

Disliked:However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The washrooms were not as clean as expected, which affected the overall experience. The room also felt slightly hot at times, making it less comfortable. Additionally, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance during the stay. Since this amenity was unavailable, it would have been reasonable to consider a reduction in the room fare.
