Liked:The adult spa area. Food in the bar was very good.

Disliked:Receptionist was very vague regarding timings for children in the pool. Her timings contradicted those of your web site. No instructions from receptionist as how to use the spa area, get towels etc. no encouragement to book table at restaurant and 5 hours later when we went to, we discovered it was now fully booked! Single beds in our room were very hard. Cost of an extra £25 pp to use of the outside pool area was very overpriced! Having stayed at the Belfry which is a similar but larger golf hotel and spa nearby, I was disappointed.
