Very average hotel with poor use of space in the room. Really no place to even set your suitcase other than the floor.

Liked:The location was great

Disliked:The carpet was absolutely filthy. In addition to the nightly rates, there was also a $15 charge per night to park once we arrived.

Close, convenient, and clean.

Liked:The property was close to everything shops, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Disliked:The only complaint would be the mattress which was hard. Other than that everything was great.

Liked:Location was great

Disliked:I didn’t like that first of all we were never told about the 3 day wait for housekeeping and that there are only available after that upon request. Fine, we called , stopped in to the office and were told the manager of housekeeping herself was on her way up right away, no one ever showed, next day, again no one, stopped in again. We were there Saturday to Friday and never once did anyone from housekeeping check in or offer towels toilet paper tissues etc. for the money we paid per night, I’m very disappointed, especially when one person said “well they have a lot of rooms to clean” I only saw carts parked in the hallway. Do better

Close to beach.

Liked:Location is great. Staff is friendly. Rooms are ok. Bed was comfortable. Very close to beach.

Disliked:Right across from concert hall. Maybe supply earplugs in office? Could be cleaner. Great for kids-not so great if you want to sleep before 3am.
