Liked:The location to the beach was it.

Disliked:The staff, the drunk college kids, the small room, the lack of towels and clean stocked room when we got there.

Disliked:There were conflicting posts about paying for parking, not sure why a hotel charges extra for it but $30 for 2 days was excessive

This was the first time that I used Booking.com and was disappointed.

Liked:The location was just a block from the beach. It was convenient to restaurants and stores. Short drive to Rehoboth Beach

Disliked:The staff tried to be helpful, but their system was a mess. I was assigned two rooms. When I arrived each time, there were already guests booked in the rooms. Also, some of the staff did not seem that knowledgeable about the workings of the hotel - maybe new employees. Because my room was on the Coastal Avenue side of the hotel, there was loud noise from a band playing at a restaurant until 11pm. Charged a fee for parking. That was certainly not made clear on the website.
