Another experience why we will no longer consider Holiday Inn Express as our go-to hotel.

Disliked:The room's HVAC was malfunctioning creating a loud whistling sound. We asked for a next morning 5:30 am airport shuttle. We watched the clerk log it into her book. At departure, the morning clerk stated that there was no record for it, that the manager was responsible for the bookings and that we would have to take the 6:00 am shuttle. He offered no apology and stated that he had just come on. At 6:10 am, the shuttle still had no driver so we replaced your complimentary service with a paid Uber which arrived promptly. We nearly missed our flight. We have used Holiday Inn Express for years as our "go-to" hotel, as they always provided a quality experience. The past couple of years, for us, the hotel has been on a slippery slope.
