The house in Ibiza was perfect for our stay: great location, close to the beaches and nightlife, yet quiet and private.

Disliked:The outlets in the unit did not work except for the one in the kitchen. The 2nd bedroom had no ac or fans and was unreal hot and impossible to sleep. When I asked the front desk for a simple fan to help sleep at night, they said they dont have any. The patio has zero shade and useless during the day

Please note that the swimming pool is closed during winter. It opens from 1 May until 31 October. Please note, reception opens from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Please note, towels are changed every other day and bed linen are changed once a week. Please note that check-out must be done by 11:00 at the very latest. If guests check-out late without advising the property, a fee of EUR 50 will be applied.
