Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with friendly staff

Liked:Nice pools and private balconies with outdoor showers. They also had a great restaurant down by the beach, and a high quality breakfast spread.

Disliked:Pool bar and pools closed too early in the day.

Liked:Property location was incredible. Food excellent. But for me the best thing about this property was the staff. They were so friendly and attentive. Definitely the biggest plus!!! Barceló Portinatx please keep these staff, a true asset to you.

Lovely relaxing trip! Would have liked a full sea view as requested

Liked:We love the location, it’s perfect for a chilled relaxing holiday! The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spacious. They did a good breakfast too!

Disliked:We booked a sea view room- we had B303 and it was a side sea view with the front view being the other side of the hotel! So we were disappointed with that- it should have options of side view or full view, we think the full view best ones would be in block A. The cleanness in the rooms were debatable - there was a lot of dust. Also the phone did not work and was full of dust. The pool one 2 days were murky- but the maintenance did resolve it by the afternoons.
