A very satisfying stay.

Liked:Spacious, clean room, well appointed with all amenities and comforts. Convenient drinking water and coffee station that works round the clock.

Aside from the Ant problem it was a nice stay and inexpensive

Liked:We had to change rooms after day 1, the second room was clean

Disliked:Our first room had ants, we saw them the first day and thought we got most of them but the next morning they were all over. We were on the first floor near the dining room and the outside door. Room 104 or 106. It would’ve been a really nice room with the tall ceilings, room space and location in hotel was perfect. But the ants were absolutely terrible so I went to tell the front desk and she said that a worker had asked her for Ant spray the day before but they didn’t have any and I told her that we didn’t ask for anything and this was the first time I was approaching the desk about the issue. So this told me that a worker had previously known about it and they assigned someone in the room anyway. She promptly reassigned us rooms, but I’m pregnant and had three kids with me, and it was a huge process to move rooms and inconvenient. We also swim and there were no towels. We tried to call the front desk, but nobody answered so I ended up going to the room to get them and found a couple in the gym.
