Worst Hotel Experience of my Life!

Liked:The gentleman who checked me in was the only pleasant experience here.

Disliked:Facilities were dirty, room was disgusting, receptionist Kim was rude and condescending. Manager Diane was just as bad. They both need to do some major customer service training. I would never stay here again. Left after one night and didn't complete my entire stay. Don't get me started on the issue with my service animal being in the room by herself. Again horrible property and horrible management. I would absolutely recommend elsewhere if you can afford it.

Liked:This is the worst experience in my life regarding hotels staying. My booking was cancelled while I am 4 hours away from the hotel. They informed my wife about the cancellation the same day of my arrival while I am traveling. They said they had an emergency maintenance during night and they cannot offer the room any more. It seems it was my room only that experienced the emergency. I arrive at the hotel and the lady at the receptionist had an attitude problem and was not cooperative . However the other receptionist who took the second shift was decent and helpful. I will never deal with Red Roof anywhere in the word and not recommend it to anyone. I dare to say I felt racism was behind this incident.
