Could've been much better!

Liked:Even though the beach is not private for the hotel only, but it is pretty.

Disliked:The staff were not friendly from the beginning, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, their attitude only became worse. They even told us, “If you don’t like it, find another hotel,” which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a result, we decided to cancel our second night and stay elsewhere.

Liked:Great beach, well located and amazing views from the ocean view rooms. Nice breakfast.

Disliked:Property is a bit dated, the Gym is very poorly equipped and the pool is quite small for such a resort. Also a bit far from the other stuff in Phuket if you plan to explore the area.
