Liked:Breakfast was very good, offering a large range of foods to cater for all cultures. The breakfast area has both indoor and outdoor areas. The staff are very friendly and always wanting to help their guests.

Disliked:There is nothing that I could complain about.

Disappointing standard of hotel, staff were all nice.

Liked:Room was nice and big and comfortable, staff were all nice

Disliked:Very child friendly and Brit abroad hotel. Didn’t have the quality/ luxury feel I thought it would from the photos and the price. Did not like the location. The gym facility was poor for such a big hotel and the pools were not very nice.

On a whole - beautiful

Disliked:The only complaint I have - My husband and I had a pool access room and we found the steps into the pool were very high. We are both in our late 60’s but both quite tall but still found these difficult to manage. We thought even handrails would have made it easier . This was a huge disappointment as everything else was beautiful.
