Can’t quite give it 5 stars

Liked:I feel that I should be giving this hotel 5 stars but I can’t quite do it. A beautiful hotel, in beautiful grounds in an excellent location. We had a lovely room, the food was delicious and everything was done right. But it lacked the personality of other hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka. Couldn’t fault the staff but I feel that they are so well trained that they loose their own human touch
