Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged the following: Please note that air conditioning will be available only from 6th of June until 5th September, on request and at an extra cost. The cost of the air conditioning is 6 EUR per day for Studios, 8€ for One-Bedroom Apartments , 10 EUR per day for for Two-Bedroom Apartments. In the apartments of the large farmhouse, air conditioning is only available from 06/06/26 to 05/09/26. Some apartments are only reachable via stairs. Please note that the tax invoice must be requested before making the payment. In the absence of a written request, a regular tax receipt will be issued. Subsequently, it will not be possible to issue a tax invoice.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
