Very disappointing but staff were very helpful

Not again. The photo is what was served to 5 adults.

Disliked:advised the pool wasn’t working . Asked if we could get food no.As they had a conference.. No transport to get to town. Asked again if we could get food for 5 and we received 1 dinner plate.

Very Basic, clean but take some pre packed food as you are not given the courtesy of knowing that “meals” are not always

Liked:Staff did their best.

Disliked:When you have pre booked guests arriving, you would think they would be accommodated with an offer of Dinner. The opposite occurred, we were told no Dinner or food available to Guests as there was a conference being held. Shame on Hotel Grecale!

Great staff - hotel needs updating

Liked:The staff were really helpful and the room was clean.

Disliked:There is an image of a swimming pool in the pictures which was one of the reasons I decided to book it, unfortunately when we got there it was all covered up and it's clear that it's not been used in a very long time! We had to change rooms due to a TV issue but the room they put us in the toilet didn't work, luckily the staff were great and helped us. To finish off the hotel is out of the way of any shops or restaurants which is not a problem if you have a car but if you don't it's a very long walk!
