Great staff and beach with a relaxing feel to the whole place.

Liked:The staff as usual (this is my 6th visit) were lovely and excellent. The Beach is great - especially for my grandchildren The dinner and breakfast have improved and its always great to have Sri Lankan food made well. The pool was good and it was great to see the crocodiles and the birds again

Disliked:The Pool table, cue and pool balls were is a pitiful state. Clearly the cues had no tips and people have used them with the metal end and caused damage to the cue ball, which as a result was more like a golf ball.

Great staff but the property could be improved.

Liked:The staff and the overall hygiene.

Disliked:The food could've been better. While the adjoining hotels which come at a similar cost have a private beach, this property has a public one which os quite crowded at times. And there was a constant smell of chlorine even in bathroom water.

Liked:The setting of the gardens is really beautiful and the hotel is nearby the beach with good swimming The ecosystem is beautiful ----seeing crocodile, monkeys, squirls, many birds Great swimming pool.

Disliked:Poor airconditioning, hard to adjust remote control, noisy and blowing to the bed Restaurant was a big disappointment.

Disliked:Staff did not help when we checked out, we requested support to carry our luggage to our transport vehicle however they ignore our request and did not arrive and we had to carry them all by ourselves.
