Extremely disappointing experience — the property was poorly maintained, water was still leaking, and the promised house

There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable and fell well below the standard we expected. The water was still leaking during our stay, which was unacceptable and should have been dealt with before guests arrived. Despite paying service charges, there was no proper housekeeping or regular cleaning, and there appeared to be no one available to properly maintain the property or deal with these problems. There was also insufficient space for rubbish bins, which caused additional inconvenience. Overall, the level of service, maintenance and professionalism was far below what we expected. I paid my hard-earned money expecting to receive the standard of accommodation and service that was advertised and promised. Unfortunately, what we received did not match those expectations. My children were frustrated and uncomfortable, and as a family, we expected the property to be clean, well-maintained and professionally managed. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we were checking out without feeling that anyone had genuinely cared about the problems or made a serious effort to resolve them during our stay. I am sharing this review honestly so that future guests are aware of our experience. We paid for a service based on what was promised, but unfortunately, that promise was not fulfilled. I will also be requesting that Booking.com take this matter seriously and review our complaint, as I believe we deserve a refund given the poor standard of service and the problems we experienced during our stay. There were very few positive things we could say about our stay. I sincerely hope the owner or management takes this feedback seriously and improves the maintenance, housekeeping and overall customer service for future guests.

Brilliant accessible apartment.

Liked:The location was amazing and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The living area was absolutely gorgeous as well. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Disliked:The water from the shower did not drain fast enough so had to turn shower off from time to time so there was no overflow.
