Very, very bad experience. I will never come back to this hotel again. not recommend it to anyone.

Liked:I travel a lot, and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was very old and dirty. The F&B facilities were extremely poor. The pool was dirty, and I couldn’t even swim in it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Disliked:room, F&B facilities, pool. if you ask me what you like,,, nothing !

disappointed and disgusted

Liked:it had good activities for kids, multiple pools, friendly staff for the most part.

Disliked:we were very excited bc the pictures looked like fun for the kids. we paid extra money for a room to accommodate our family of 4. when we got to the hotel they gave us a dirty room ex: toilet seat was broken, the towels had black streaks and gray, the windows were filthy, everything was falling apart including the curtains, there barely was hot water in the shower, the faucet in the bathroom sink splashed water everywhere. we paid for a room with 3 twin beds and an additional bunk bed, we got only 2 twin beds and bunk bed. when brought up to reception staff, the first comment that she made was: i knew you would be back. she agreed that the price of the actual room we were in was much less than what we paid for. she said that we had to bring it up to booking.com, to let them know about the uncleanliness of the room and she wouldn’t help us. needless to say, we made another arrangement and we will never be back.
