Perfectly peaceful nature getaway

Liked:The setting was idyllic, views were amazing, especially the stars at night!! It’s so peaceful up there and you can see/hear so many birds. I recommend setting an alarm for sunrise too as it was STUNNING! The pod was a good size, absolutely spotless and had all you needed for a little nature break. The compost toilet was in like a little wooden hut to the side and was properly built in (not like a portaloo) and was honestly fine. Will definitely be recommending to friends for a night away to switch off.

Amazing little retreat, back to basic delight!

Liked:I loved the location, peace, quite and solitude. The pod was exactly as described, comfy bed, chairs indoors, table and chairs out on the deck overlooking the lake, beautiful dark starry night skies, 360° views, usb charger, central indoor light, toilet to the side, amazing hosts and sheeps! If you want showers, electrics, heaters or a kitchen then read the description, it's camping in a secure pod. I loved it and would definitely visit again next time I'm out here. Thank you David and Julie 🥰

Disliked:The steep climb up to the pod! But...I had already walked about 10 mile during the day so this was definitely user error, it did state that there was a hill.

Liked:Basic eco pod, even more basic toilet. And wasn't expecting the hike to get to it. Overall good value but don't expect any luxuries.

Disliked:Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the remote location of the pod

Beautiful, peaceful, secluded stay in the heart of nature and Shropshire Hills

Liked:How to peaceful it was How lovely it was to be completely within nature How beautiful the views were How cute the pod was How lovely it was to spend the evening around the firepit There is a point to charge your phone and a light in the pod Hosts were responsive, kind, welcoming and warm & brought up firewood for the pit Waking up to the sounds of ducks and sheep

Disliked:Just be aware it is a steep uphill walk to the pod - bring minimal things Also there is no light in the toilet so bring a torch & no drinking water, so bring some
