Liked:Great location with an amazing view of the pyramids directly from our room. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the Pyramids and GEM. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. We had a very pleasant stay.
Disliked:The only minor downside was the noise from the road outside. However, this seems to be quite common throughout Egypt and was not specific to the hotel.

Nice location, friendly staff but very noisy environment

Liked:Location, spacy suite with jacuzzi, restaurant
Disliked:The double glazing was sub-otimal (sliding windows with poor seals) and the constant street horning & construction work (day and night). Staff was friendly but handover of things to fix did not happen several times. Cleaning staff's work puzzling...
