Utter disappointment.Rude staff, lousy housekeeping,breakfast was a joke,smelly carpets in hallways

Disliked:Everything- To start off they checked us in a room which was not prepared, house keeping did not come for 4 days despite repeated requests to the receptionist. Had to involve manager. Carpets in hallways were dirty and had a stinking smell. No windows in rooms or hallway that can be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was so bad we didn’t eat despite of the fact we paid. You should downgrade its rating. I am going to email the owner of the facility to complain

Nice place to stay.

Liked:Convenient. Clean. Nice hot breakfast. Front desk staff were great! Helpful and very pleasant.

Disliked:Housekeeping didn’t replace our bedding, empty the garbage, replace the tissues or toilet paper. The shower leaked onto the floor every time due to the placement of the shower curtain.
