Liked:Lovely and clean. Large sized room and super friendly staff. Breakfast was a normal buffet same as most places.

Disliked:Location was okay but not amazing. Good for travellers on the interstate.

Disliked:I have to say I was very disappointed with my experience during my stay. When I checked in, I asked the receptionist if a late checkout would be possible. I was told that it would not be a problem and that I simply needed to call the front desk the following morning to request it. The next morning, I attempted to call from my room, but the phone was not working. I then went downstairs to the front desk, where no one was present. After waiting, a gentleman eventually came to the desk. When I explained that I was there to request the late checkout I had been told would be available, he immediately responded in a very rude and abrupt manner, stating that there are no late checkouts on weekends. I explained what I had been told by the receptionist the previous day, but he replied, "Well, I don't know who you spoke to, but there is no late checkout, and there's nothing I can do about it." It wasn't just that my request was denied—it was the way I was treated. His attitude came across as dismissive, cocky, and unprofessional. If late checkout is not available on weekends, that should have been communicated to me at check-in. Instead, I was given inaccurate information and then treated disrespectfully when I tried to follow the instructions I had been given. I expect better customer service, especially when I was simply following the directions provided by your staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests are treated with courtesy, respect, and consistent communication.

This was by far the most unpleasant hotel we have ever stayed in.

Liked:The property was conveniently located off of the interstate and was easy enough to access at the end of a long and tiring day when you just want to stop.

Disliked:We booked 2 rooms because we are a family of 5 traveling with older children (23, 19, and 17). Regardless of their age, we would have liked to have adjoining rooms. Not only did that not happen, but we were on completely different floors (1st and 3rd). When we settled the kids in the first floor double queen room, the smell of smoke in the “non-smoking” room was overwhelming. Not only had it been smoked in, but several other guests were gathered just outside the exterior door at the end of the hallway smoking marijuana. The floor by the window was very wet and we don’t know why, so we just didn’t go over there. The bathroom was moldy and the bottom of the tub was flaking off. Our third floor king room with a sleeper was not much better. The sleeper sofa didn’t have any bedding (thank goodness we had a sleeping bag) and more guests were smoking on that hall as well because you could smell it through the door. None of the smoking slowed them down much though, because those who weren’t smoking were running up and down the hallways or talking loudly even after midnight. We endured the night and the rooms because we were exhausted, but by morning the smoke smell had the 1st floor kids sick and we packed and left without breakfast which looked like a small selection of scrambled eggs, mystery sausage, and some potatoes. It all fit into one chafing dish. The rooms didn’t cost an arm and a leg, but even at a reasonable price - this place was a disaster.
