Clean, reasonable but not somewhere I'd stay again.

Liked:It was in a good location. The room was clean and comfortable. It was reasonably priced. The staff that we met when we arrived were pleasant.

Disliked:The bistro was shut which wasn't great, the room was 5 flights up and it was a bit of a warren to get to it. The fan in the room was broken and as it was hot we had to have it on, it felt like sleeping next to a helicopter.

Disliked:just be aware is a private bathroom but separate from the room, so you need to cross the hallway

Gorgeous.

Liked:The room was so pretty, it made me happy just to sit in it. Sitting on the bed looking at the sea was a treat. i went for a walk and found a lovely cafe with an art gallery in it, and a shop selling vinyl records (near HastingsWS). If you like collecting vinyl and memorabilia, you will absolutely love it.

Disliked:The negative is it was a bit noisy because of single-glazing windows and on a reasonably busy road. Earplugs were provided, and the view and sea air was worth it.

A spacious room overlooking the sea

Liked:The room was light, airy and spacious with a lovely view overlooking the sea. Conveniently located if you are visiting central St. Leonards-on-Sea.

Disliked:There were no staff around and the bistro was closed. I mistakenly assumed that breakfast would be included, it wasn't (my bad), though could find nice cafe's within a short walk. The road noise at night could be intrusive, though we were provided with ear plugs by the proprietors.
