If you do not check out of the property in time, a charge will be applied. Luggage can be held until the end of the day on on your departure day. Free parking is available outside The Lansdowne between the hours of 20:00pm and 9:00am, Monday to Sunday. When parking outside these times, charges are applicable. Guests found to have smoked in the property will be charged a GBP 100 cleaning fee. Please note the Elevator not available at the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely hotel.

Liked:Great few nights in a balcony room. Very comfortable. The lift never works, so not good for mobility impaired customers. There are rooms on ground floor, but the street outside is very noisy up til very late (2am).

Liked:What a place. Stunning throughout, the room was fantastic, clean and tidy, couldn't ask for more, the position of the hotel on the front and close to theatres was a real bonus. We have to state this was such a friendly place. All staff and we mean all staff went over and above to ensure everyone had a really pleasant stay. We cannot fault anything at all. The food was really tasty and they catered for different dietary needs without any fuss. We must go back to the staff, they were fantastic and it shows the importance that the management has for guests as this is mirrored in the attitude of the staff. Total recommendation, we will be returning soon.

Disliked:Booked sea view, window was smeared and couldn’t see a thing so was ‘upgraded’ to room below Stank of smoke, couple next door talking loudly and smoking til gone 2am Told reception next day who registered knowing about them :( Why?!

Really enjoyable. The staff were a big part of this.

Liked:Good view of sea, lovely bathroom, fabulous staff. Location good. Very nice breakfast, fresh and delicious.

Disliked:Didn't think about steep stairs to third floor and no lift ! But we did actually change to a room on the second floor. There was a small step to get into the bathroom, with a sign, mind the step. I saw the sign as I grazed my foot on the step. My husband hurt his toe on it when going to the bathroom at night. The lovely receptionist was able to provide an abundance of plasters. The TV was troublesome; the wifi seemed to stop and we couldn't watch the end of our programme.
