Could Improve
The whole room didn’t seem clean, including sheets and towels. There was dust on the hair dryer and dirty fingerprints on the walls.
Staff was friendly, but the service was lacking during the stay due to unaddressed room cleaning requests.
Location was good.
Room was clean but lacked functionality (e.g., unplugged TV, microwave, and refrigerator) and needed better maintenance.
Pool, gym, and hot tub were closed, leading to a lack of expected amenities.
Very nice hotel for the money.
Breakfast was great; the continental breakfast was excellent.
Mixed overall experience due to cleanliness issues and lack of amenities, but enjoyed the food and location.
