Awesome overall experience.

Liked:We have found this facility to be consistent with service, friendliness and cleanliness. We always stay while visiting the area. The breakfast is one of the best we've had and the coffee is excellent! We book through a third party and get great rates which is a bonus because we are retired.

Exceptional experience at the Best Western Golden Prairie Inn

Liked:We stayed at the Golden Prairie Inn, Best Western in Sidney, MT while attending a District Basketball tournament. Because of bad weather and road conditions, we had to change our reservations at the last moment. Brook, the employee that helped us deal with this change was beyond exceptional! Additionally, was extremely welcoming, clean and quiet. At check in, the Manager, came out of his office and visited with us. He was very professional and wanted to ensure if there were any issues receiving credit for our cancellation to contact him immediately and he would deal with it. We have stayed in many hotels and for the price and accommodations, this was top notch. We rate this hotel and staff at 110%!! Enjoy your stay as much as we did!!
