Cleanliness8.1

Generally reported as clean (several guests highlight very clean rooms and bathrooms), but isolated complaints about sheets with hairs/stains reduce the score slightly.

Service9.3

Consistently praised: very helpful and friendly staff (notably assisted guests after an accident), described as professional and attentive throughout stays.

Location8.9

Good riverside views and peaceful surroundings; well located for mountain sports and reasonably central though slightly away from the main town according to some guests.

Room Quality8.2

Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms are frequently mentioned; some negatives include poor/general lighting in rooms, a dim bathroom mirror light, occasional heating noise and noticeable river sound.

Amenities8.3

Strong points include parking and EV charging availability and generally good on-site facilities; drawbacks include expensive mini-bar items and limited availability of items like irons (one per room).

Value for Money7.6

Mixed signals: many guests say the hotel offers excellent value and is worth the price, but extra charges (e.g., parking cost) and isolated cleanliness/comfort issues lowered perceived value for some.

Food and Beverage9.4

Very strong: breakfast repeatedly described as excellent, extensive and varied; dining options and staff service at meals also praised.

Really nice hotel

Liked:The room was really big and spacious! It had a lovely balcony, bathrobes, a bathtub, a sofa, and plenty of pillows to choose from. A special mention to the receptionist, Abdoul, who was incredibly friendly and gave us some great suggestions on where to go and what to do. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great selection of food and a particularly good choice of teas. You can also request fresh eggs, which they prepare for you on the spot.

Disliked:The location itself was a little far from the main attractions, but since we had a car, getting around and driving to different places was no problem at all.
