Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in.

Disliked:⭐ 0/10 – WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD This was without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and appeared to have no interest in providing decent customer service. During our stay, aftershave and creams were taken from our room, and the full-size bathroom products were replaced with tiny bottles. This left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the security of our belongings. The cleaners were completely unprofessional, and I strongly suspect theft occurred during our stay. The room itself was in a terrible condition. The bed was not changed properly, was poorly made, and cleanliness throughout the room was unacceptable. Floors were dirty, surfaces were not cleaned correctly, and housekeeping standards were extremely poor. We stayed for three days and the situation never improved. The restaurant and room service were equally disappointing. We were charged an outrageous £178 for two steaks through room service, which was completely unreasonable for the quality provided. The waiting staff were also incredibly rude. When I politely asked if I could order a spaghetti bolognese, I was simply told to go to the bar and look at the menu myself. The attitude from the servers was dismissive and unprofessional. Every aspect of this hotel was disappointing – from the cleanliness and housekeeping to the restaurant service and overall staff attitude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness, honesty, customer service, and good value for money.

Lovely hotel and worth it if you have a good budget

Liked:Grata last minute stay, good location, felt safe, very classy hotel with good room service. Staff were lovely, lots of freebies in the room and lovely spa area.

Disliked:Tiny bit outside of budget but they did accommodate us for emergency stay at 10pm at night, booking in advance would probably have helped a lot. If you have money to spare for sure book here. We felt it was very sophisticated and felt we stood out a bit, but that’s our own personal feelings

Liked:The service was exceptional, the hotel and the rooms look brand new, I guess they did renovations. It wasn’t as nice before. Great location even without going out you have great spa and restaurants and the most exceptional was the lounge which was one of the best I’ve been too.
