Could Improve

Cleanliness9.2

Guests repeatedly described the property as clean and well maintained (one review explicitly said 'pulita'); no major cleanliness complaints reported.

Service9.3

Service is the hotel's standout feature: consistently praised as exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional (multiple named staff and the GM Daniele were applauded). Breakfast and front-desk teams received particular recognition.

Location8.6

Located outside the town centre (about a 2 km walk), but the complimentary shuttle (frequent and reliable) mitigates the distance—good for guests who value quiet setting but not central location.

Strong amenities: 25m indoor pool, elegant spa (hammam/sauna/jacuzzi) and a well-equipped Technogym-style gym. One comment noted minor issues with some facilities/equipment, but overall amenities were a highlight.

Standard quality for this hotel tier.

Food and Beverage8.8

Breakfast was widely praised for variety and quality; wine list and half-board options well regarded. A few notes mentioned restaurant service could be inefficient at times.

Overall, I was very impressed. Nothing to complain about!

Liked:The staff went above and beyond my expectations, especially the gentleman who served me breakfast. He was very attentive and friendly.

Disliked:The outdoor pool is rather small, but that's just a minor point.

Faloria Mountain Spa Resort offers a comfortable and relaxing escape after hiking in the Dolomites.

Liked:The service in this hotel is wonderful with the front desk staff always willing to help and make suggestions. The included breakfast is very nice and Masimo went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed each morning at breakfast. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Disliked:The hotel is great overall but it would have been nice to be located right in Cortina and not to have to drive into the town for dinner and shops, however this was a very minor inconvenience. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus into town however we just used our car.

Loverly staff and great hotel and facilities. Staff make it worthwhile.........

Liked:Lovely place. Great pool (a bit cold) and nice hot jacuzzi and nice sauna. Super friendly staff. Very nice lady at reception ANDREA and the breakfast guy Massimo was superb. Service with a smile! Nice room and also nice welcome gift for our anniversary! Thank you all. Lovely stay

Disliked:Garage use is against daily payment. Hadnt noticed this, Restuarant dinner very expensive and limited choice. But staff is super and very professional. I would have preferred eating out next time. Swimming pool water not too warm!
