Sewage smell outside our window

Liked:Breakfast and the waiters were friendly especially one that spoke English very well.

Disliked:Our room faced the sun and was very hot and uncomfortable during the day. We tried opening our windows to get air but the smell of sewage permeated our entire room. We spoke to the front desk but they gave us a small fan which did nothing but spread the stench of sewage throughout our room. We had poor sleep and felt nauseous thr whole night. I slept with the blanket over my nose because of the odor.
