Liked:A really nice resort. A lot of flowers , all good really beutifull. Nith shows were good, a la cart restaurants as well.

Disliked:Too many people comming all the dayasking if i want to buy something. Services sold by that people were 4or more time expensive than you can order ( even better ) via booking or other companies on internet. A ride on a camel , for max 10 min arroynd the beach for 25 eur per person...is crazy. 1 hour ride arround pyramids is for arround 14 eur....or i have ordered quads i to desert for 2 adults and 2 children. It was good, but than they braught me to a "beduin" who sold me in a chaos 20grams fof tea for 10 eur.... due to the chaos created he just put that into my hand and the person from hotel pushed me into the bus....as well the ride was for 160 from 180 and the same you can buy on internet for 80......then we have ordered in hotel trip to luxor....hopping for a good servis as it should be from hotel, but the guid was selling us items foe 70 eur which costs 5...than they braught us to a restaurant were we didnt eat bcs it was dirty , ignoring that one of us is glutenfree ( even we have mentioned that when ordering ) .....the same issue with aergies was in their main restaurant . There were some informatiion tha it does not incluede gluten, but when we have double checked with staff than suddenly it was with glutten...in general , wxcept the place it was not the best expiriance.

Liked:This place = pure happiness Food = above expectation Superb Activities = super star for sea - pools - Night shows, dancing, and zero need to leave the hotel. Exceptional Stay at Desert Rose Resort!

Liked:We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at Desert Rose Resort. The hospitality and service were top-notch from start to finish. We had a minor issue during our stay, but it was handled with incredible speed and professionalism. A huge thanks to Mr. Mohamed Amin (General Manager) and Mr. Mahmoud Abdel Samed (Assistant Food & Beverage Manager) for their personal attention and for resolving everything so smoothly to ensure our comfort. Special thanks as well to: Mr. Adham Abo El Enen (Manager at Fancy Flamingo & Tropicana Bar) for his outstanding service and great vibes. Mr. Milad (Restaurant Manager) for making our dining experience truly delightful. The whole management team and staff made us feel truly valued. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be coming back!
