Liked:Reception stuff very helpful specially Mrs Manar who really was amazing and very helpful she really made our vacation and we extended our vacation for another 3 days
Disliked:Unfortunately, our experience with the service at the hotel was quite disappointing. The bar and service staff were not cooperative or attentive at all. We would sit at the lobby bar for hours, and no one would come to ask if we wanted anything to drink or if we needed any assistance. The same thing happened around the pool, where we would spend a long time without anyone checking on us or offering service. We also noticed that the staff seemed to pay much more attention to foreign guests than to Egyptian guests, which was very disappointing and made us feel that we were being treated differently. They were not welcoming or friendly at all, and they rarely smiled or showed any warmth toward us.
