What Guests Say

7.5

Very Good

5,073 reviews

Highlights

+Excellent location near beach/marina/attractions
+Beautiful and plentiful pools
+Generous and varied buffet options for many guests
+Welcoming/attentive staff noted by some
+Good value for money according to several reviews

Could Improve

–Poor cleanliness (dirty rooms, cockroaches, hair, dust)
–Aging room/bathroom equipment needing renovation
–Some staff are unfriendly or appear to seek tips
–Small parking and reserved spots by attendants
–Missing in-room amenities (iron, kettle) and occasional lack of pool chairs
–Long queues at buffet stands and limited variety in some meals

Cleanliness4.5

Multiple reviews report dirty rooms, hair, dead cockroaches, dusty surfaces and inadequate housekeeping; cleanliness is a clear weakness.

Service6.5

Service is mixed: several guests describe unfriendly or tip-seeking staff and slow responses, while others praise welcoming and attentive staff.

Location9.5

Consistently praised: close to the beach, marina, cafés, restaurants and central attractions — a clear strong point.

Room Quality5.5

Rooms and bathrooms are described as aging and in need of refurbishment; some reports of dirty bathrooms and missing in-room items (kettle, iron).

Amenities9.5

Pools and outdoor spaces receive strong positive mentions; however parking is small and some in-room amenities (iron, kettle) are missing and pool chairs are limited.

Value for Money8.0

Several guests feel the meals and facilities offer reasonable value ('on en a pour son argent'), despite some service and cleanliness shortcomings.

Food and Beverage9.0

Food receives many positive comments (diverse and plentiful buffets) though some mention limited variety, long queues and occasional weak dessert options.

Overall Experience7.5

Mixed overall impressions: excellent location, good pools and food for many, but recurring cleanliness and some service/amenity issues temper the experience.

Comfy relaxed stayv

Liked:Our room was compact but clean and comfy.

Disliked:I waited 20mins for someone to take me ans my bags to room i ended up taking bags and finding room myself I appreciate there was other guests to show to rooms but other people who hadnt been waiting asking were taken first. On my departure I called reception 3 times to get help with my bags and the phone was answered and put down. I think there could be more fruit on offer for breakfast.
