Disliked:Very disappointing stay for a 5-star hotel. We requested a honeymoon setup and even received confirmation via WhatsApp, but when we arrived, nothing had been prepared—no decorations, flowers, or special touches at all. The service was also poor. We waited a long time for assistance with our luggage and eventually had to carry it ourselves. In addition, the duvet was far too heavy, the air conditioning was not working properly, and we spent the night feeling hot and uncomfortable. Overall, the service and experience did not match the price paid or the standards expected from a 5-star hotel.
