Good hotel, spacious room

Liked:Hotel was a good location. Generally, it's a bit dated but our room was clean and spacious. Shower was good and strong. Desk staff was very friendly. Free break was okay, nothing special. The usual assortment of bagels, breads, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, etc. We were due to have housekeeping service to our room on the second day, but they never came. Also the room phone didn't work when I tried to call the desk. The certificate of inspection in the elevator was expired after March 2026, probably good to get that taken care of. All in all, I would stay here again.

Property stolen

Liked:I held off reviewing this experience until I finally heard back from the police on the report I filed. I left a leather jacket in the room when I checked out--when I called back a few hours later they "couldn't find it." After much back and forth with the manager / desk manager / corporate, I filed a report with the Chesterfield police, but there was not much they could do. No doubt one of their cleaning people or employees took it. Aside from that which in itself was a terrible experience, the location is shabby and unsafe feeling. The desk staff are a little bit trashy.

NO OPERATING ELEVATOR

Liked:After checking in was informed elevator not working since before Thanksgiving! No offer to accommodate us! I requested 1st floor he claims hotel was booked but the entire time of my stay the parking lot was less than half full! Then placed me on the 3rd floor and when we open the door it was someone else’s room! That could have really went bad!! This was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had!
