Nice location

Liked:We did not have a reservation but they had the room we wanted which was a king balcony. It overlooked the marina which was nice. The room was spacious but they used all modular furniture which seemed to be a bit unstable. The sheets appeared to not be-cotton but a synthetic. However, the bed was comfortable. Bathroom ok. Would go again due to the location.

The welcoming staff was lovely, our rooms were fine and location is marvelous but our exiting staff was not kind and it

Liked:We LOVED the location and the restaurant on site but also being able to walk to other’s restaurants.
Disliked:It was COMPLETELY overpriced! $300+\night should be for higher end hotels AND we were charged for parking! If we hadn’t been desperate we would have stayed somewhere else. Parking!

For what we paid, we expected outstanding service, free parking, complimentary cocktail or breakfast.

Liked:Everyone loved the location and we had the BEST service at breakfast in your restaurant. We also had a lovely person check us in.
Disliked:Even with graduation weekend - the price was ridiculous. Yes, we chose to stay there when we could have saved so much more being up in town but it was completely overpriced and then we were charged for parking when we checked out!!! It’s just as easy to stay up in town and just drive down for the restaurants.
