Uncleanliness and staff not following cleaning protocol

Disliked:The hotel rooms were not clean, had odor and and chipping and stained furniture. The housekeeping was poor as no one came to replenish our room with towels or empty trash all day like they do in other hotels. I asked for this service and the woman came up with the linen cart. However, she used her bare hands to continuously empty the bathroom trash full of unsanitary products and place it directly on the clean linen cart. She didn’t even utilize the bag that was in the trash and quite literally went bare handed and emptied every trash item and placed it on the clean cart. There were yellow stains behind the toilet when arrived too. I stayed here before ten years ago and it’s a nightmare and worst experience I had compared to before or any other hotel stay I had.
