Liked:Excellent, caring staff. Spacious, comfortable room. Great restaurant.

Novotel Firenze Nord Aeroporto os great!

Liked:The hotel is well situated for the airport and the team that took care of us, Lorenzo and Sylvia were brilliant. We checked in within 5 minutes and they arranged our taxi to collect us as requested. The room was spacious and clean and everything worked as it should.

Disliked:There is nothing we didn't like.
