Liked:È stato un soggiorno piacevole. Le receptionist erano molto gentili, disponibili e professionali. La colazione, invece, offriva una scelta piuttosto limitata. Inoltre, il personale della sala colazione non era molto attento: quando alcuni prodotti finivano, non venivano riforniti tempestivamente e spesso eravamo noi clienti a doverlo segnalare.

Trustless to the guests

Liked:The property was cleaned.

Disliked:The reception give me impression of trustless to the guests both in check-in and check out We arrived at 23 and were in doubt that the city tax is already paid or not by the Booking agency. I asked if I can confirm it in the morning but the receptionist was angry and talking laud to me. There is no bin in the room, there is no water bottle and glass in the room.
