rooms need to be throughly clean and tissue n toilet tissue need to be available when staying more thank 2 days… we hate

Disliked:we have chosen your hotel for our stay . Between my husband and i we have been staying here for bout six months when we working in bremerton or silverdale and surrounding areas… only thing is the room are not fully clean ..yesterday and previously we have been experiencing the bathroom tub not beeing clean there was hair and a black ring on the entire tub.. i made a complaint to Richard the front desk night clerk but he was rude and refuse to give me the proper information to contact the Tm or house keeping supervisor… i called again this morning just before check out time and jennifer the morning front desk clerk took my phone number and said she would let the owner know to give me a call bk .. i have not yet receive that call

WORST HOTEL from a person who stays 60 nights a year.

Liked:Nothing. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It should not be a legally operating hotel.

Disliked:Worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. I average 60+ nights a year in hotels all over the world. Bugs, blood on sheets, dirty mirrors. There were homeless people with cars in the parking lot that have been there a long time. The homeless vehicles had bins of belongings around and under the vehicle. The fence behind the parking lot had a hole down to a homeless camp below. The exterior hallway I entered from was propped open. I shut it, but the door was extremely loud. The hotel has had repeated violations for operating without a hotel permit. I asked for a callback from staff and never got one. Finally did a chargeback to get my money back. Booking.com did not help with this. Summary: UNSAFE, UNSANITARY, and should be dropped from Wyndham and Boooking.com. Do not book.

If you have pets you pay extra to stay in the dongin and get to hear dogs howling and doors slami

Liked:The location was really convenient and Denny's gives the hotel guests 10 percent off.

Disliked:Our room was not very clean. It has the basic wipe down but there was spots on the walls that looked like someone threw a drink, the lamps and curtins were thathered, there was granet on the tiles in the shower and other random locations, the toilet had black lines in the bowl after you flushed it and that is if the toilet didn't back up and or get plugged and there was only one working dryer and washer and they close the doors after 10 pm. I had to wait 4 days til I was finally able to do laundry. If they are not going to fix the washers and dryers then atleast keep the laundry open 24 7. Which I should be regardless for conversation. The breakfast was Horrible! It was like they had to provide it and did the very very minimum. Last but not least one of the night staff was constantly sitting out in their car which was parked in front of the building and it seemed to draw ALOt of late night passager and goeers and the consumers that bring pets and pay a hefty nightly fee apparently doesn't deserves a nice cozy modern looking room or quiet sleeping hours as the room doors and exit doors are constant slamming at all hours of the night. I paid well over 1000 in 8 days to stay in the getto fabulous
