Clean and friendly staff. No communication from management on level of hotel operations and facility

Liked:The staff was helpful and friendly.

Disliked:The alarms going off for the entire two days stay and the pool was not open. This was not disclosed when the reservations were made. I would NOT have stayed here if I had known.

Motel not hotel

Liked:The fact that this hotel has a 4.1 average is surprising to me. I travel for work a lot and have stayed at many hotels. Marriott is not my first choice. I’ll start by saying I have no problem with the staff. My issue is with the rooms! They are out dated and low quality. More like a motel than a hotel. The walls are thin and the decor is old and trashed. I am extremely disappointed and will stick with my normal Hilton hotels and hopefully never stay at a low quality property like this again,

I was unable to park at the hotel because it was full. I had to pay in a parking garage. Pool closed

Liked:Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Disliked:The pool was out of service the whole week. The hotel was chosen initially because it had a pool. room looked out at a busy, noisy apartment parking lot. I had to park at a parking garage because there was no parking in the hotel parking.
