Ok, but may stay somewhere else next time

Liked:The entrance and gardens

Disliked:The staff could not speak English. The bar staff around the pool took forever to serve us and drinks took forever to come to us. The pool did not have much shaded areas, people saved the chairs around the pool and went away and the staff did nothing about it.

Good but could be better.

Liked:Location and food. The morning breakfast at Cinnamon Asian Restaurant is exceptional and so was the room service. The gym was also well equipped. The room is generally clean.

Disliked:The Hotel was renovated recently but maintenance could be better. One of the sink is our room is clogged mildly, power sockets were loose and housekeeping was a hit and miss. On one of the days the housekeeping team only came and clean our room at 4.30pm (after multiple reminders). Housekeeping could do better by restocking tooth paste without having for us to ask for it. While the gym is well equipped it could be better maintained as it has sweat stains all over it. The food at the Italian restaurant can be better as it lacks seasoning and taste.

A decent hotel along Ferringhi Beach that should be modernised and renovated to match asking price

Liked:Nice beach front location Nice swimming pools Friendly staff Breakfast buffet spread was good. Big sized room

Disliked:Worn out and in dire need of a makeover Hotel shower and toilet had questionable cleanliness and a foul odour that could not be fixed Restaurant food quality was poor although Italian restaurant was decent. Expensive hotel for what was offered
