Liked:The front desk lady was very helpful, and was clean and comfortable

Disliked:There was like clumps of hair in the pool, and the rooms needed some updates, like the TV worked, but woukd scramble and we would have to turn it off and back on again, the shower had very little water pressure and the soap holders in the bathroom were repaired cheaply

Disappointing

Liked:Having a bed to sleep in.

Disliked:The staff was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I usually am pretty lenient in what I see others do in the workplace but as someone who also works in a hotel I had never seen such an unprofessional receptionist working the front desk. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and was extremely rude. Had an issue with my room and didn’t send anyone to fix it until the next day. Extremely disappointed in the staff.
