Disappointing stay – outdated hotel that does not meet the standards of a 4-star property.

Liked:The location was ok, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Disliked:The hotel is quite old and does not feel like a 4-star property. Both the hallways and the room had a stale, unpleasant smell. The room itself felt outdated, and there were noticeable stains on the bed linens, which was disappointing. We decided to try something different this time, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong choice. We've stayed at Spark hotels before, and they were significantly cleaner, more modern, and overall much better, despite being less expensive.

Liked:NOTHING!!! We left the hotel not staying there.

Disliked:The room was dirty with stains on the bed covers. It also smelled like urine, body odor, must and mold. We requested a room change but were denied because we got the room through booking.com. we contacted booking.com as told by the front desk but got no resolution. We booked another room at a different hotel and left at 10:45 pm. after attending my brother-in-law's funeral.. It was a very long stressful, frustrating day. We will never stay at that Comfort Inn again and would be hesitant at staying at any other Comfort Inn.

Liked:Rooms were clean and all the shops were nearby.

Disliked:Booked 2 King Rooms instead got 2 double queen beds .. Hotel management was not ready to change even after showing the reservation and asked to contact the third party -Booking.com.. It was late at night and we had no time to get hold of anyone..
