Liked:Service was appalling, had ask for fresh towels every day as mine bought to room, toiletries had to go to the bar staff to get replenished. We were visiting London for a funeral/ i rang to ask for an iron , no response, then emailed as suggested by the hotel- no response even after my stay- no response. I complained renal twice to staff and emailed to no resolve. Will not stay there again- terrible.
