Probably won't stay there again

Liked:Breakfast was not included. Hotel was about 15 -20 minutes from venue.

Disliked:Bed and pillows were slightly uncomfortable and room was located above railway line near Putney Station. Trains started at approximately 05.30am so it was quite noisy.

Adequate on the night, the images don’t portray the shabby points in the room. Obviously

Liked:Venue was fine, for our needs on the night, reception service was quick

Disliked:Room had some substandard items, the vanity unit in the bathroom had delaminated and looked terrible, on its very very last legs, the shower cubical was a good size, we could see the shower control and head was newly replaced but the in corners cleanliness was poor with gunge build up in the corners and hard to get to points, clearly less attention is played here by the cleaning staff, they must just do routine as opposed to open eyes cleaning..

Family of 2 adults 2 children and 1 adult. X2 rooms.

Liked:Easy reach to venue/Thames. Shops nearby for takeaway breakfast. Large king sized bed. Nice bathroom and shower. Good sized TV Tea coffee Fridge in double room. Cleaners friendly Black out curtains

Disliked:More milk needed with tea/coffee The 'sofa bed' had no bedding. But was given when asked. The sofa bed was a single and was booked for our 2 children. King sized room and sofa bed is not suitable for 2 adults/2 children. The balcony was not open. The room needed fresh air even with air con. Woke feeling allergic and sneezing Front desk staff are very slow and not friendly. The guy was on his phone chatting the whole time when booked in. Was noisy. But expected this as right next to main road flight path and railway tracks.
