Comfortable stay in the heart of DTLA

Liked:Spacious studio room in the heart of Downtown LA - I visited for a friend's wedding that was located nearby & didn't want to travel back to the Westside so late at night. The property had 24 hour front desk, which was perfect as I arrived late after the wedding. Little noisy but ear plugs were provided. Room was clean & bed comfy, huge shower, water dispenser on the room floor level. Exactly what I needed for the night, but would also be comfortable for a longer stay. Pleasant staff & security.

Disliked:I did try & call & messaged online to verify that check-in after midnight would be okay, but couldn't get through to anyone on the phone which made me a little anxious. However, the front desk was advertised as 24 hours so everything turned out alright.

Would stay again!

Liked:Very conveniently located near the Globe theater where we attended an event! The staff was friendly and the room was exceptionally clean with everything we could have needed for an extended stay. We only stayed one night but the room was perfect.

Disliked:The local area is a bit loud and rough but that's to be expected in any large city. Parking was a challenge but we ended up finding a spot in the lot directly behind the building that was 24hours later in the day.

Liked:I've been staying here for three weeks. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and large windows that let in a lot of light. Honestly, I would move in here if I could.

Disliked:The kitchen needs a cutting board. That's it. My only complaint.
