Comfortable, good value for money, I would stay here again

Liked:Staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast, albeit basic. Comfortable rooms, good sized, and good value for money. Free parking and no mandatory valet charges.

Disliked:There was a light under the bed which I could not turn off. I'm autistic and overly sensitive to some things such as light, noise, etc. This light turns itself off after about a minute if you leave it alone, but until I figured that out, I spent a fair bit of time trying to turn it off.

Comfortable stay, good location, good value for money

Liked:I liked the location and thought it was good value for money. Unlike a lot of LA hotels, there was free parking and no valet charges. The room was a good size and comfortable. The staff were friendly. It comes with free breakfast, although this was basic (Fruit, Pastries, and Muffins, Fruit juice and coffee which is left in the hallway next to the elevators. Theres a single armchair there but no dining room with tables and chairs etc.).

Disliked:We were a family of 3. There were no family rooms left when we checked in, so we were offered two rooms instead at no extra charge. It is good that the rooms were next to each other, but still a bit awkward to manage.

Clean, kind, and cozy— I’ll be coming back!

Liked:Staff were kind, super polite, and helpful. We had an issue with another guest who left their belongings in our room upon checkout and returned to the room quite angry with my sister and I, thinking we’d stolen their items. Staff handled the situation so calmly and politely. The room itself was spacious, clean, and parking was easy/felt secure. I have another booking with this property next month and was using this short trip to scout the location out— I will be keeping my reservation and returning, I’m very pleased!
