Liked:Everyone was incredibly personable and the place is so beautiful. High end resort feel with feeling at home.

Great choice for the LA vibes!

Liked:Great stay! The staff was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and welcoming—from the front desk team, to our waiter Andres, who was incredibly nice, and the valet attendants who took great care of us. The location is excellent, right off the freeway and just minutes from Starbucks. The hotel shuttle service was a nice touch, transporting guests from the lower level to the upper level in a BMW, which definitely added to the LA vibe. Overall, a great experience with outstanding service and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again

Liked:The location is nice and the staff was okay, but those really are the high points...

Disliked:The place really needs a face-lift. I have attended a couple of events here and thought the amenities at the events were decent enough. I was shocked by how outdated and tired the room looked. It felt like I got out of a time machine when I walked in the room, apart from many years of noticeable wear and tear. Shower did not work well at all and is a slip hazard... Disappointing experience overall.

Liked:I didn’t stay there. I go there to meet people for breakfast I go because the valet person Cynthia always handles herself professionally and with great spirits. Always friendly and always happy to help with anything relates to my car. Thank you for your friendly attitude
